need a creative home.
In 2014, Nium purchased a former Franciscan friary and completed an extensive renovation, restoring the property’s original 1868 charm while adding a beautifully modern touch. Named as one of Pittsburgh Business Times’s Coolest Offices in 2015 and the winner of the 2015 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Renovation Contest, the building exhibits clean lines, open spaces, high ceilings, and a beauty that cultivates both creativity and collaboration on a private two-acre campus.

The purchase and renovation of the Friary was a lengthy process that took nearly two years to complete.
